## How we work

1. **Start with a conversation.** Tell us where you want the business to be. Some teams arrive with a spec, most with a goal. Either way, we come back with a short proposal, not a long statement of work.
2. **Something real on day one.** Action produces information. You'll have code to look at on the first day, and what we learn from it decides what comes next.
3. **Iterate, mostly async.** We ship in small steps you can see and react to, and AI makes every loop faster. You stay focused on the vision; we own the technical decisions and the details.
4. **Measure what changes.** Monitoring, analytics, and safe preview environments show what's working, and give your team the confidence to keep shipping.

### Have you worked in crypto before?

Yes. We took over a sports trading-card app that had passed through several agencies, made it production-ready, and launched it. We've also worked on stablecoin payments, and we built Buoy, a social listening tool for a crypto social network.
